RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HARI REIS SKIN SCIENCE, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility
Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and have all original seals intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

How to Request a Return
Email Hariaesthetic@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Please contact us before shipping your return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email Hariaesthetic@gmail.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
